Upgrading the park and water harvesting system
The voter approved Prop 407 Parks and Connections Bond included approximately $50,000 for improvements to Highland Vista Park.
They include upgrading the water harvesting basin at the south end of the park, reconstruction of the existing perimeter walking path and planting of additional trees and shrubs around the area. SEE PHOTOS
